Spajajuc\u0301i duboko poznavanje finansijskih regulativa i tehnolo\u0161ke ekspertize, pru\u017eamo inovativna pravna re\u0161enja prilago\u0111ena potrebama svakog zainteresovanog subjekta u sektoru FinTech. To uklju\u010duje finansijske institucije, FinTech startape, venture kapitaliste, privatne ekviti firme i tehnolo\u0161ke kompanije. Fokusiramo se na pomoc\u0301 klijentima u snala\u017eenju kroz licenciranje i regulative procese, sprovo\u0111enje dubinskih analiza novih startapa, pomoc\u0301 u izgradnji veza sa FinTech laboratorijama tradicionalnih banaka, kao i olak\u0161avanje i pripremu za prezentacije i sastanke sa regulatorima radi pristupa finansiranju i prezentaciji proizvoda.<\/p>

Telekomunikaciona konkurencija i regulativa<\/strong><\/p>

Ostajemo stalno anga\u017eovani u vezi sa razli\u010ditim regionalnim regulatorima telekomunikacija u pitanjima uskla\u0111enosti sa regulativama i bili smo anga\u017eovani kako od regulatora tako i od glavnih aktera u oblasti telekomunikacija.<\/p>

Upravljali smo razli\u010ditim telekomunikacionim regulatornim podnescima za na\u0161e klijente, uklju\u010dujuc\u0301i u\u010de\u0161c\u0301e brojnih pru\u017ealaca usluga telekomunikacija i proizvo\u0111a\u010da opreme u osiguravanju telekomunikacionog regulatornog odobrenja.<\/p>

Na\u0161e \u0161iroko iskustvo i duboko znanje omoguc\u0301avaju nam da pomognemo brojnim IT organizacijama u Srbiji u sastavljanju i pregovaranju o slo\u017eenim ugovorima o nabavci zasnovanim na modelima deljenih usluga, outsourcinga i PPP-a.
