Nikola Hanžek

Nikola has been working in the Corporate & Commercial law field for years, where he provides clients with legal support in status changes, and M&A, as well as representing business entities/companies in different types of court and administrative proceedings to protect their rights. He worked on extensive and complex projects in the field of energy (construction of solar power plants and wind parks), as well as on mining exploitation projects.

He has significant experience in criminal law, where he acted as a defense attorney for individuals and legal entities in numerous complex cases, especially before the Special Department of the High Court in Belgrade for organized crime and war crimes.

He is fluent in English.
